3M Industrial Cleaner is a heavy duty cleaner/degreaser that works effectively on difficult to remove substances such as many dried, non-curing adhesives, tape residues, grease, oils and dirt. The cleaner is based on a citrus oil and does not contain chlorinated compounds or petroleum distillate solvents. The cleaner emulsifies when flushed with water.
