The Clipper CG MULTI 430 is a highly versatile and adaptable surface preparation machine, with a unique and otherwise unmatched versatility available on the market; one machine, MORE multiple time-saving uses. It features a simple yet ingenious dual working mode that enables it to be used with its large non-marking wheels grounded (when using planetary heads) or raised (for monobrush applications) It is quite simply, THE All-in-One surface preparation solution; suitable for a multitude of both indoor and outdoor uses.
This simple, powerful, easy to use and productive rotary floor preparation machine, can be used for cleaning, prepping, grinding, polishing, dewaxing, shining and sanding. Better still, it is equipped with a convenient 20 litre integral water tank and a 40mm diameter vacuum port, enabling it to be used both wet and dry, (application determining) , making it suitable for more uses, on more surfaces; quite literally from carpet to concrete, tiled floors to wood.
Unlike more limited competitor floor prep machines, the CG MULTI 430 is available for use with greater range associated consumables, from PCD wings for concrete preparation and grinding, resin polishing pads, self-grip wood sanding discs, tungsten carbide discs, Screenbank screening discs, Beartex floor pads for stripping, scrubbing, cleaning, polishing and buffing; thanks in part to its comprehensive range of consumables combined with its ability to be used either with its wheels either elevated or touching the floor surface, subject to the task in hand. In addition, the range also consists of a range of high-performance chemicals, including a concrete hardener, a concrete guard, a concrete grout and crack kit, together with a pore filler and grouting for cement.
The diverse, multi-functional and multi-surface capabilities of the CG430 makes it an essential must-have bit of kit for a variety of trades for general flooring maintenance, professional flooring contractors, contract cleaning companies etc. Due to its incredible versatility and capabilities, it is ideally suited for rental use too.
It is supplied as standard with 10m of electrical cable, a planetary head for surface preparation and grinding, a Velcro adaptor for finishing and polishing pads, together with a non-woven pad holder for cleaning, scrubbing and sanding.
A wide and diverse range of associated consumables and tooling are available as optional extras to suit your every need, including optional 17kgs weight when surface grinding (2 x weights recommended for optimum grinding performance) .
