Stainless Steel Ball Transfer Head

Cougartron CGT-BR is a marking fluid for brass and bronze surfaces.

It will work on bronze surfaces at 12V AC – will give a dark black marking result.

Comes in a 500ml bottle.

Cgt-Br Brass Marking Fluid WELC3118 - 0.5L

Use the popular stainless steel marking fluid CGT-S1 formula to mark onto any stainless steel surface.

We recommend applying CGT-N1 neutralising fluid – WELC3114 immediately after the marking process.

CGT-S1 comes in a 500ml bottle.

Note: Cougartron CGT-SA – WELC3159 is an alternative fluid to CGT-S1. In some cases, CGT-S1 marking can deliver a brown result instead of black. In these cases, we do recommend switching to CGT-SA.

CGT-S1 Stainless Steel Marking Fluid WELC3115 - 0.5L

Cougartron Copper Grease has a heat-resistant and anti-seize effect and it also maintains connectivity. It should be applied regularly on wand threads, brush threads, and cable connections.

The Copper Plus grease is proven and tested with the Cougartron weld cleaning equipment and should be used on a regular basis to keep the joints clean of acid and to prevent seizing.

FL10 is a fluid pump unit compatible with all Cougartron weld cleaners under 80 amps output power. It enables you to control the amount of fluid applied to the brush, thus increasing the efficiency of your cleaning process.

Fluid feed systems make your work process much faster and easier as it eliminates the need to constantly dip your brush in the cleaning liquid during cleaning.

It is an ideal solution for working at heights and narrow spaces where the need for a dipping container is impractical.

The FL10 is the perfect accessory for your Cougartron machine that will make your weld cleaning experience faster, easier, and less complicated.

1. What is the maximum temperature range for the FL10?
The recommended maximum temperature for this standard range is 80C (176F).

2. What is the size range for the FL10?
The size range is 1 - 44" (25 - 1,118 mm).

3. How do I inflate the FL10?
Each unit is designed and fitted with a standard Schrader valve, which will attach to any foot pump or compressor.

4. Can the FL10 be used with Heat Covers for higher heat protection?
Yes, Heat Covers are available, which will provide protection up to 300C (572F).

5. Can I have the inflation hose any longer?
Yes, simply specify when ordering and your required length can be fitted for a small surcharge.

6. Are FL10 units kept in stock?
We do keep a number of FL10 units in stock.

7. What is the maximum inflation pressure?
This depends on the diameter of the unit. Full details per size can be found in the User Instruction Manual, but also stamped onto each unit for safety purposes.

8. Can the unit be used more than once?
Yes, it can be used time and time again, provided it isn't overinflated and kept in good condition.
