Pennine Metacut CX is a pale coloured, low odour, high performance multipurpose neat cutting oil
specifically designed for use in modern high speed sliding head CNC lathes and multi-spindle machines.
Manufactured from highly refined virgin mineral oil, the product incorporates non-staining extreme
pressure additives, lubricity agents, antioxidant and anti-mist additives making the product suitable for
the rigorous demands of modern machining techniques.
Applications
Metacut CX is suitable for a wide range of machining operations on high tensile steels, stainless steel,
aluminium and its alloys and yellow metals. The light colour and anti-misting properties offer the user
excellent work piece visibility along with an improved working environment and the antioxidant
package eliminates sticky residues and lacquers forming even when employed under 24 hour “lights
out” operations.
