Pencool Ultra S102 is a very high lubricity, versatile semi synthetic soluble metalworking fluid
incorporating a unique combination of chlorine free extreme pressure additives offering excellent
machining performance in moderate to arduous machining applications on tough ferrous and nonferrous alloys. The product is suitable for use in both soft and hard water make up qualities and offers
excellent defoam properties.
Applications
Pencool Ultra S102 is recommended for a variety of metal removal techniques on tough ferrous and
non-ferrous materials. The product excels in applications on copper based alloys and aluminium alloys
due to the incorporation of highly effective passivator chemistry which prevents staining and the
formation of insoluble soaps and lacquers helping to maintain machine cleanliness. Pencool Ultra S102
is also recommended for applications such as deep hole drilling on cast iron where the highly effective
lubricity package promotes maximized tool life, and the high oil content offers effective protection
against corrosion compared to conventional products.
