Cougartron CGT-550 weld cleaning and polishing fluid is used for cleaning, polishing, and passivating stainless steel welds and surfaces after welding and fabrication.

The CGT-550 is our most effective and powerful fluid that can be used for all types of TIG and MIG welds.

Instructions
Dip the weld cleaning brush into the weld cleaning fluid CGT-550
Clean the weld with a circular motion until the desired result
Wipe away any excess fluid residue from the treated surface
Apply neutralising fluid on the cleaned area
Wipe away with a clean cloth

Important: Weld cleaning brush needs to be wet at all times for optimal results. Therefore, dip the brush frequently into the weld cleaning fluid during the cleaning or electropolishing process.

CGT-N5 is the new neutralising fluid specially developed strong ready-to-use formula for all stainless steel surfaces.

CGT-N5 will successfully remove acid residue from steel surfaces and prevent the (re) appearance of annoying white marks after weld cleaning, electropolishing, or marking process.

The fluid is water-based and does not contain solvents or phosphorus.

CGT-350 is a mild but effective fluid for stainless steel weld cleaning and passivation.

CGT-350 can be used on light and dark TIG and light MIG welds.

Thanks to its specific chemical non-hazardous formula, CGT-350 can be transported by air.

Note: CGT-350 is not suitable for electropolishing – This activity requires the use of our Cougartron CGT-550 weld cleaning and polishing fluid – WELC3048
