The Tig 160 AC/DC is a single phase TIG and MMA machine combining excellent versatility and portability. In the TIG mode aluminium, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper and bronze can be welded. In MMA mode both standard and special purpose electrodes can be used. High frequency start with continuous electronic control. Operation is from a single phase supply with high & low current ranges for precise settings at low currents. Fitted with a copper wound transformer and a slope down facility. Adjustable post weld gas flow time control and hot start for easy arc striking. Anti stick circuit for welding with difficult electrodes. Max Current: 160 Amps Output 60% Duty Cycle: 96 Amps.
