Soft-Starters are static starters that accelerate, decelerate and protect three phase induction motors. CFW-08
Easy to install and operate. Equipped with optimised software that can be easily set through a keypad, which enables the drive to process and control industrial machines. In addition, the CFW08 Plus series was designed with dead time compensation techniques, which avoids motor instability and provides torque increase at low speeds.

The control of the voltage applied to the motor by the means of the thyristors triggering angle variation, allows the soft-start to start and stop smoothly an electric motor. With adequate adjustments of the variables, the torque produced is adjusted to the needs of the load, so the required current is going to be as low as possible for the starting procedure.

Standard Features: 220-575 or 575-690 V 50/60Hz input voltage supply. HMI with double display (LED 
& LCD). Built-in By-pass up to 820A.
