The AbraCap abrasive caps and the flexible rubber holders are novel tools for fine grinding and polishing of all metals. Whenever rigid grinding is unsatisfactory, AbraCaps fulfil their purpose.

The abrasive caps are manufactured without a seam and covered with several layers of grit. It is recommended to slightly wet the surface of the rubber holder prior to pushing on the abrasive cap to ensure that the cap, which has a glue surface on the inside, firmly sticks to the rubber holder.

The flexible rubber holders have a longitudinal slit so that when pushing the cap on, air can escape and a used cap can be slit with a knife and removed from the rubber holder.

The 3 shapes of caps available are:
R-Suffix denotes round profile
P-Suffix denotes Pointed profile
S-suffix denotes square profile
Available with 1/8" diameter shaft

These Self-adhesive abrasive discs are an ideal tool for those grinding and polishing jobs where a great finish is needed. The Aluminium Oxide abrasive resin is bonded onto durable, superior cloth for a tough and reliable purpose. With rubber mounted holders for your safe working and having good adhesion properties, this disc offers a time saving option where other discs might fail.
