Lightweight and effective weld cleaner suitable for weld cleaning and electro-polishing of light and dark stainless steel TIG welds and surfaces. InoxMuscle comes in a practical carrying case for easy on- and off-site use.

InoxMuscle is a compact and lightweight (only 3, 7kg) electrochemical weld cleaning machine with two operating modes for effective:

 Weld cleaning & Passivation
 Surface polishing

InoxMuscle is an ideal weld cleaner for everyday stainless steel (1-5mm) TIG jobs – perfect for hobbyists, workshops, factories, and on-site work.

Cleaning and polishing process with InoxMuscle machine is very quick, simple and safe. It is a perfect alternative to pickling or grinding.

Important: Weld Cleaning and Neutralising fluids are not included in the InoxMuscle Machine Set. They must be purchased separately here before you begin working with the machine.

InoxMuscle Weld Cleaner Machine Set WELC1036

Lightweight and compact electrolytic weld cleaner suitable for work on light and dark stainless steel (1-3mm) TIG welds. Ideal for smaller production environments and workshops. The machine can also be used for marking with the help of the Cougartron Etching Set.

Cougartron InoxPower weld cleaner is designed for both professional and hobbyist use within smaller production environments.

Use InoxPower for safe and fast:

 Oxide and heat-tint removal
 Passivation
 Marking and etching*

This compact, portable, and affordable machine is developed for small-scale weld cleaning and passivation projects. It effectively and safely removes oxide, discoloration and heat-tints from stainless steel TIG welds. We recommend using InoxPower on tig welds with thickness up to 3mm.

InoxPower weld cleaner is very user friendly, lightweight, and practical to use on-and-off-site.

*In addition to oxide removal and passivation, InoxPower can be transformed into a practical marking machine with the help of the Cougartron Etching Set (WELC4045) – sold separately.
