It offers two sleeping modes, both using red light (unlike other colours such as blue light - red light does not block the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormon) .

Cardiac coherence (duration: 15 minutes) : Breathing exercises are known to facilitate relaxation and fight against stress. By acting favourably on your heart rate, these exercises naturally lead you to a sleep state. Inhale as the red light gets brighter and exhale as it dims. You will relax and be in good conditions to fall asleep.

Sunset (duration: 20 minutes) : Orange hues gradually evolve to a warm red to help you fall asleep softly.

Ambient light : you can use Dreamer to create a personalized light atmosphere in your bedroom (you can choose among 16 million of colours) , or to provide light at night time.

Touch sensitive interfaces make it very easy to use.
Dreamer is battery self-operated (rechargeable via USB - cable included) When fully charged, Dreamer's battery life is 8 sleep cycles (approximately 160 minutes)
