An easy peel label used to highlight molluscs in food stuffs, used to conform to legislation that became enforceable on December 13th, 2014. This states if a food contains any of the fourteen allergens contained within the regulatory list are contained within an item of food, it must be highlighted and easy to recognise. Molluscs include Mussels, land snails, squid, oysters, whelks and are often found in dim sum and fish stews.
