  Food Contact Surfaces
 
  - To kill food poisoning bacteria to EN 1276 Dilute 1: 40 (125ml per 5 litres water) and allow 5 minute contact time.
 
  - For spray & wipe sanitising to EN 1276 dilute 1:10 (75ml per 750ml trigger bottle) and allow 30 second contact time.
 
  - To kill Norovirus first clean the surface with C1, C2 or C3. Then dilute product 1:10 and allow 5 minutes contact time before wiping with a clean cloth.
 
 
  Non Food Contact Surfaces (i.e General Cleaning) - Dilute 1:200 or 1 x [pump symbol] per 5 litres water

Power Oven & Grill Cleaner
 
 
 - Powerful caustic cleaner for ovens and grills
 
 - Powerful foaming caustic cleaner - For ovens, grills and hot plates - Also suitable for cleaning of fryers and grill extractors when diluted - Removes
 baked on grease and carbon deposits


 Directions
 
 - DO NOT USE ON ALUMINIUM, GALVANISED METAL, LINOLEUM OR PAINTED SURFACES
 
 - Ensure temperature of surface is less than 70?C (Optimum 60-70?C)
 
 - Switch off appliance Oven & Grill Cleaning - Spray and even layer of neat product directly onto the surface or equipment
 
 - Leave for 5-30 minutes depending on the level of soiling
 
 - Agitate with brush or scouring pad - Wipe off with clean, damp cloth and rinse thoroughly with warm water Fryer Cleaning
 
 - Drain all oil and close valve
 
 - Fill with water to just below the oil fill level
 
 - Add 500ml of C39 Power Oven Cleaner to every 10 litres of water (1:20)
 
 - Switch on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 15-30 minutes
 
 - Allow to cool then drain fryer and scrub remaining residues from surfaces and heating elements with a brush or scouring pad Grill Extractor Cleaning
 
 - Make a diluted solution of 50-100ml C39 Power Oven & Grill Cleaner to every litre of hot water (1:10 - 1:20)
 
 - Dismantle the grill extractor and place parts to soak in the solution
 
 - Leave for 15-60 minutes depending on the level of soiling
 
 - Remove from solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry

Jeyes H7 Kleenoff Kettle and Showerhead Descaler for scaling of metal and plastic appliances such as kettles, irons, coffee machines and shower heads

Application
 - For escaling of metal and plastic applicances such as kettles, irons, coffee machines and shower heads
NOT suitable for use on enamel or marble surfaces
Kettles
 - Fill kettle with warm water and add 125ml of Kettle & Shower Head Descaler
 - IMPORTANT: Do not switch on or heat the kettle
 - Wait until fizzing has stopped or at leat 4 hours
 - If scale persists, repeat action.
 - Empty kettle, refill with clean water and boil
 - Empty and risnse thoroughly before use
Coffee Machines
 - Pour 125ml of Kettle & Shower Head Descler into the resevoir and add 350ml of cold water
 - Turn on machine for 1 min then switch off and leave for 1 hour
 - Boil through remainder of liquid, then boil through twice with clean water before re-use. Shower Heads
 - Add 125ml of the bottle to 350ml of warm water in a bowl.
 - Immerse shower head into the solution until the scale has gone.
 - Rinse both shower head and bowl before re-use.
