Heavy duty industrial gear oil with outstanding EP characteristics and load carrying capacity. It offers extraordinary wear protection, excellent demulsifying properties and extremely high micropitting protection. It offers excellent corrosion protection whilst improving equipment reliability and increased productivity.

The RENOLIN CLP oils are recommended for industrial gears with circulation or splash lubrication, operating at oil temperatures up to 100ºC.  These oils are particularly suited for gear sets working under heavy load or shock load. They can also be used in non-gear applications including low-speed plain and rolling contact bearings.

Renolin Unisyn CLP oils with elevated   aging   resistance,   excellent   load-carrying capacity and wear protection. Reliable lubrication of roller bearings is confirmed by the good results of the FE8 testing. 

The  oils  of  the  Renolin Unisyn CLP  series  are  used  for  all  applications  in  industry  where  a  synthetic  oil  of  the  CLP  type  according  to  DIN  51  517-3  is  recommended  by  the  manufacturer.  Highly-stressed bearings,  joints,  pressure  screws,  spur  gears,  worm  gears and planetary gears can  be  reliably,  safely  and  economically supplied even a short-term   peak  temperatures up to 150°C.

It's a fully-synthetic gear oil for highly-stressed axles in commercial vehicles. It has many outstanding properties due to the modern additive technology. The good high-temperature stability and its capability of lowering the temperature in the gearbox makes extended oil-change intervals possible only when the product is being used un-mixed, mixing may result in lower performance. 

A complete oil change is recommended when converting to Titan Cytrac SL 75W-90.

Renolin CLP Gear Oil 320 20LTR

Titan Gear HYP SAE 90 is a mineral gear oil for axle, hypoid transmissions and also suited for industrial and agricultural machinery. It offers fast lubrication, outstanding gearbox efficiency and low power losses even at very low ambient temperatures. Its compatible with conventional branded gear oils however, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided. 

A complete oil change is recommended when changing to Titan Gear HYP SAE 90. Not recommended for synchromesh gearbox applications.

Titan MP SAE 80W/90 Titan Gear Oil 20LTR

SL SAE 75W-90
A fully-synthetic, fuel-economy hypoid gear oil for highly-stressed axles in commercial vehicles. Developed for the longest oil change intervals in commercial vehicle axle drives. Proven in field tests over more than 600,000 km. Used in axle gearboxes with large axle offsets (hypoid gears), planetary axle hubs and transfer cases.
