It offers two sleeping modes, both using red light (unlike other colours such as blue light - red light does not block the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormon) .

Cardiac coherence (duration: 15 minutes) : Breathing exercises are known to facilitate relaxation and fight against stress. By acting favourably on your heart rate, these exercises naturally lead you to a sleep state. Inhale as the red light gets brighter and exhale as it dims. You will relax and be in good conditions to fall asleep. 

Sunset (duration: 20 minutes) : Orange hues gradually evolve to a warm red to help you fall asleep softly. 

Ambient light : you can use Dreamer to create a personalized light atmosphere in your bedroom (you can choose among 16 million of colours) , or to provide light at night time. 

Touch sensitive interfaces make it very easy to use.
Dreamer is battery self-operated (rechargeable via USB - cable included) When fully charged, Dreamer's battery life is 8 sleep cycles (approximately 160 minutes)

ALOHA is a wake-up light and sleep activator, which helps you fall asleep faster and wake up naturally. Terraillon has developed programs with sleep medicine specialists from the European Sleep Center to optimize your fall asleep and improve the quality of your awakening. The role of light is major and influences your sleep: red light helps you fall asleep while blue light helps you wake up gently.

Sunrise alarm clock (30 min) : 30 minutes before you wake up, dark blue hues gradually evolve into lighter hues followed by soothing music to wake you up on time and gently. The blue light used in this program helps block the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone.

Wake up in a good mood and rested to start a good day and be bursting with energy in the morning!

- Cardiac coherence mode (15 min) combines red light and breathing exercise, to help you relax and fall asleep faster.
This cardiac coherence mode was developed with specialists in sleep medicine and was clinically tested: 2 out of 3 users fall asleep in less than 15 minutes*.
- Sunset mode (20 min) uses scientific red gradient which will evolve from orange to red to help you fall asleep smoothly.

The Cardiac coherence mode can also be used during your relaxation exercises or Fitness exercises such as Yoga, Pilates .. Good breathing will soothe you and improve your physical performance.

You can also use ALOHA to create a bright ambience in your room with the 16 million colors of colors available, or simply to light you up at night.
