Lithium-based general-purpose extreme pressure greases, based upon mineral oils and incorporating extreme pressure agents to protect bearing components subject to heavy and shock loadings. Available in a range of consistencies to suit most applications, from an NLGI 2 for general-purpose bearing lubrication to an NLGI 00 semi-fluid grease suitable for centralised lubrication systems and grease filled gearboxes. Being lithium-based, Spheerol EPL greases have good water tolerance, are resistant to water washing and incorporate powerful rust inhibitors to protect bearing components against corrosion.

400G High Temperature Grease

General-purpose lithium grease. Extreme pressure agents protect bearings/

400G EPL2 Spheerol Grease

A range of lithium based greases containing highly refined mineral oils, that have been enhanced with the MicroFlux Trans (MFT) additive system. Suitable for long term lubrication, even when under extreme pressure, vibrations, shock loads and a wide temperature range (-35°-140°C).

• MFT additive technology ensures optimum wear protection and a low coefficient or friction
• When placed under severe load, components of the MFT additive combination are activated, initiating an improvement of surface friction characteristics
• The tribopolymers formed by MFT are long-chained compounds with excellent lubricity and adhesion

SX2 Spheerol Grease - 400GM

Tribol GR 100-2 PD Grease, 18kg

This low temperature grease contains MICROFLUX TRANS™ and is suitable for applications with wide temperature ranges. Suitable for rolling and sliding bearings, clutch bearings and wheel hubs, and bearings running at high speeds with a n x dm factor up to about 1 mio.
