Galvanised Steel Double Spill Pallet - GSP2D 
226ltr Sump Capacity

Manufactured from 2mm structural grade galvanised steel this spill pallet is designed to accommodate 2 x 205ltr drums and has a sump that complies with the 110% rule on sump capacities. The unit is fitted with four galvanised legs to ensure the underside of the sump is not in contact with the ground and aid movement/positioning by pallet truck or fork lift truck.

Manufactured from 2mm structural grade galvanised steel this spill pallet is designed to accommodate 2 x 1000ltr IBC and has a sump that fully complies with all the current UK regulations relating to sump capacities. The unit is fitted with six galvanised legs to ensure the underside of the sump is not in contact with the ground and aid movement/positioning by pallet truck or fork lift truck.

This model can hold 2 x 1000ltr IBC or 8 x 205ltr drums

Double IBC Spill Pallet

1125ltr Sump Capacity

Manufactured from 3mm steel plate and RHS corner posts, the fully seam welded sump which complies with all the current UK regulations relating to sump capacities is fitted with  galvanised steel grid mesh panels and fork hoops to ensure the underside is no in contact with the ground and aid movement by fork lift truck. This model holds 2 IBC's (one above the other) with the top unit sitting on a shallow drip tray which drains back into the main sump through the hollow support frame. Prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.

This model can hold 2 x 1000ltr IBC.

2 x 1000L Steel Spill Pallet (1 IBC Above The Other)

Drum Spill Pallet - VD4 
For 4 Drums

Designed to accommodate four vertical 205ltr drums side by side this spill pallet is manufactured from 2mm steel plate, which is corrugated for additional strength, has a fully seam welded sump that is fully compliant with all the current UK regulations relating to sump capacities and is fitted with fork hoops to aid movement and keep the underside of the sump off the floor. The drums sit on galvanised steel grid mesh panels above the sump and are further protected by raised back and side walls. Prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.

This model can hold 4 x 205ltr drums.

4 x 205L (Vertical) Steel Spill Pallet with 3 Enclosed Sides

2 Drum Horizontal Bunded Store - HD2D

Manufactured from 3mm steel plate which is pressed for additional strength this model has a fully seam welded sump, which fully complies with all the current UK regulations relating to sump capacities. Above the sump are cradles to accommodate two horizontal 205ltr drums and the unit has two lockable, hinged doors and a lift up lid (fitted with a gas strut to aid opening and closing). The underside of the sump is fitted with forklift transport hoops to aid movement by fork lift truck and to keep the underside of the sump off the ground and reduce the risk of corrosion. Prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.
This model can hold 2 x 205ltr drums.

Vertical Bunded Store - VD2D 
For 2 Drums

Manufactured from 2mm steel plate with a fully seam welded sump which fully complies with all the current UK regulations relating to sump capacities the two drums sit on galvanised steel removable grid mesh panels and access to the storage area is via a pair of hinged doors (fitted with vents) and a lift-up lid fitted which is fitted with a metal stay bar. To aid movement by fork lift truck and keep the underside of the sump off the floor and reduce the risk of corrosion the unit is fitted with forklift truck hoops and prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.

This model can hold 2 x 205ltr drum.

This dry goods store, manufactured from mild-steel, has a welded frame, lockable sliding doors and adjustable pallet racking (bolted to the frame).

With the beams spaced equally there is 2.7m between the uprights with a 1.3m clearance between the beams - providing a uniformly distributed load of 2.6 ton per bay and 10.4 ton maximum per unit.
