The Cougartron Marking Head plays an essential part in the marking process.

It connects to the Marking Handle and combined with the Marking Felt and Yellow fabric placed onto the metal piece that is to be marked.

This Marking Head is compatible with the marking handle and can be used with our MK12 and MK612 marking machines.

We recommend replacing the Marking Head if you see any signs of damage.

Please note: This Marking Head is not compatible with our Etchings Sets for weld cleaning machines. For that, you need to use the Marking Head with a special adaptor – WELC4040 to fit the handle cable.

MK Marking Head without Adapter WELC4029

Cougartron Carbon and White Felt for electrochemical marking and etching.

The carbon felt helps to increase the speed of the marking process during high-volume production.

The white felt is applied on the Marking Head used together with a Yellow Fabric and secured with an O-ring during the marking process.

Both felts are always used in combination with the Yellow Fabric (WELC4026) .

This item is compatible with all Cougartron marking machines and Etching Sets.

Marking Felt - Carbon/White - 10 Pack - White

Cougartron MK yellow fabric is used together with the white or carbon felt to expedite the electrolytic marking process. It is secured by O-ring on the Marking Head.

Yellow Fabric can be used for marking with Cougartron marking machines (MK12 and MK612) and Etching Sets for Cougartron weld cleaners.

Sold in a pack of 10 pieces.

Yellow Marking Fabric WELC4026 - 10 Pack

Cougartron MK612 is a portable electrochemical metal marking machine equipped with a variable voltage technology (6-12V) .

By lowering the voltage from 12 to 6V, you will be able to mark larger metal surfaces without losing colour consistency. All your markings will have a uniform dark appearance, no matter their size.

The machine offers fast, safe, and permanent marking of:

 Logos
 QR codes, bar codes
 Serial numbers
 Part names and codes
 Maker’s marks

Suitable for all conductive metal types including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, brass, copper, zinc, titanium and more.

This lightweight and compact machine comes delivered in a practical carrying case for easier use on- and off-site.

NOTE: The MK612 machine is delivered as part of a kit that contains accessories and fluids that are needed to start marking (see the content of the starter kit below) .

Please remember: Stencils and stencil printers are not included within the set but sold separately.

MK12 Metal Marking Machine Set WELC4027

The Cougartron Marking Head plays an important role in the marking process.

It connects to the Lead Handle Cable (from a weld cleaner) with the special adaptor. In combination with the Marking Felt and Yellow fabric completes the marking head assembly used for direct contact with the metal surface.

The Marking Head with Adaptor is included in both Cougartron Etching Sets. We recommend replacing the head if you see any signs of damage.

Please note: This Marking Head with Adaptor is not compatible with our Marking Machines (MK12, MK612) . For that, you need to use the Marking Head without an adaptor  WELC4029

Cougartron MK replacement cable for the handle is a spare cable that is originally included in the Cougartron marking machine starter sets. (MK12 and MK612) .

The cable connects to the machine unit and marking handle.

Replacement MK Cable for Marking Handle WELC4032

Cougartron MK etching clamp connects to the metal workpiece for grounding purposes during the electrolytic marking and etching process.

This spare part is supplied originally in the marking machine sets MK12 and MK612.

We recommend replacing the clamp when damaged.

MK Replacement Clamp WELC4030

The cable is compatible with both Cougartron marking machines MK12 and MK612.

The cable connects to the clamp that holds the metal piece that needs to be etched.

It is originally included in Cougartron marking machine starter sets (MK12 and MK612) .
