Like all top-loading tube and pipe benders from Baileigh Industrial, the RDB-100 was made to accept hundreds of round and square tubing die sets as well as round pipe dies sets.The RDB-100 is capable of bending up to 45mm (1.75") OD tubing with a maximum wall thickness of .095" (2.5 mm) and 1" schedule 40 pipe (48.3mm x 3.7mm).\n\nThe RDB-100 manual bender from Baileigh Industrial uses a large diameter indexing plate allowing the operator to bend up to 206° (180° plus springback) without having to re-index and re-pin, common on most other manual benders on the market.
