A spare Cougartron wand to be used with the Cougartron FURY twisting shroud for a single brush.

The wand is compatible with the FURY 200A brush only but can be used with other Cougartron brushes with the addition of a special M6 adaptor that can be easily connected to the FURY wand.

New Single brush set specifically developed for Cougartron FURY 200A brush. You can now use only one FURY brush when cleaning smaller and less-oxidized welds – where the use of multiple brushes is not needed.

The set consists of:

 New Cougartron Wand with M8 thread. (M8 thread is compatible with FURY brush only) 
 Twist shroud – compatible with the wand (WELC2547)

 Firm positioning – the shroud is fixed and will not move during cleaning or polishing.
 Precise control of the brush tip without moving the shroud up and down
 It also protects your brush crimp and the brush threads from damage.

If you screw a special the M6 adapter (WELC2546) onto the wand, the set becomes compatible with other Cougartron brushes – Powerbrush, Superbrush, or Pipebrush.

A spare twisting shroud for Cougartron Quad Brush Sets. Made from high-quality material to withstand high temperatures. A twisting shroud is an effective tool that will protect weld cleaning brushes from damage and help them to last longer.

The quad brush twisting shroud covers and protects the brush which makes it an essential component during weld cleaning.

It is mounted on the wand and the adapter after which it is fixed to the desired position using twist movements.

Tip: The shroud must cover most of the brush, where only the brush tips are left uncovered for the weld cleaning or polishing process.

As the brush gets shorter, you can adjust the shroud to suit.

The long brush shroud protects the crimp of the brush and prevents the fibers on a new brush from being damaged. The shroud was developed to be used together with Cougartron angle adaptors to clean hard-to-reach areas and surfaces effectively.

The long shroud is mounted in situations where it is impossible to use the twisting or the sliding shroud.

It is also used together with Cougartron angle adaptors used mostly to clean difficult-to-reach areas and surfaces.

The Long brush shroud is ideal to use for a completely new or mildly used weld cleaning brush – so the shroud can cover and protect most of the brush. Once the brush becomes shorter after use, we recommend switching to the Cougartron Single Short Brush Shroud – WELC2001
