Bio Productions BD Bio Dose Grease Trap & Drain Maintainer

Bio Dose is a stable liquid containing the same selected microorganisms and enzymes as Bio Clear that efficiently reduce the waste typically evacuated into the drainage systems of kitchens and other catering and food processing units. 
Bio Dose is suitable for use in all types of drains, sinks and small bore pipes, as well as for maintaining septic tanks, grease traps and complete sewerage systems.
Bio Dose has a two stage operation. When activated with water, the ‘free’ enzymes quickly break down the waste into smaller pieces, which are more accessible to the microorganisms. This initial degradation immediately improves the drain flow rates and reduces odours. It also enables the various strains of microorganisms in Bio Dose to quickly continue the degrading process, further reducing the smaller particles of solid waste (such as fat, paper, and vegetable trimmings) into liquids and gases.

Instruction Manual

- Small amounts (50ml) should be poured or pumped directly into sink outlets and left overnight to unblock small bore pipework. 
- To maintain the grease trap, apply 1ml per meal per day into waste outlets to the trap. For best results use an automatic dosing system.
- Delivered regularly through an automatic timed pump into the drain system where fats and grease enter maximises the efficacy of Bio Dose by treating fatty waste as it enters the drain. 
- Bio Dose is economical in use and should be dosed at a ratio of 25 litres per month in a typical catering unit or restaurant. 
- This divides it into approx.

## Cleaning of Combi Ovens


 Preparing To Clean The Oven For the oven to operate at peak efficiency, the cavity, door, air filter and grease filter must be kept clean. A daily cleaning routine will ensure that you comply with the required hygiene standards and will help to maintain and prolong the efficiency of your oven. Cold Oven Cleaning Instructions 1. Remove the air filter from the back of the oven. 2. Open the oven door, remove the cook plate, bottom jet plate, and grease filters. Wash all parts in warm soapy water, using the Neutral Grill and Oven Cleaner for stubborn stains. Wash off using a clean cloth and plenty of clean, warm water. Allow to dry. 3. Remove any spillages with disposable paper wipes. Use a dry clean brush to remove any food particles from between the oven floor and the inside of the front door. 4. Wear protective rubber gloves and protective glasses, carefully spray the Neutral Grill and Oven Cleaner onto all the internal surfaces of the oven. 5. For difficult areas, leave to soak for 10 minutes with the oven door open. Use a nonabrasive nylon scrub pad / sponge to clean the cavity, roof and the inside of the door. Do not scrub the door seal or use metallic scourers. 6. Wash off using a clean cloth and plenty of clean warm water and dry using a fresh clean cloth or paper towel. Replace all the cleaned oven parts. Close the oven door and spray the exterior with the Neutral Grill and Oven Cleaner and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

The Bio-P Cap is an attractive containerised dosing system housing a block of special, environmentally-friendly bacteria that are slowly released into the urinal trap and pipes, cleaning and deodorising constantly.

Bio Productions biologicals contain species of micro-organisms/bacteria which are usually found in the digestive track and in soil. These microorganisms specialise in breaking down waste and eliminating the cause of blockages. The bacteria will then release a mixture of enzymes, helping to aid the breakdown of organic matter. As such, the micro-organisms found in our biologicals are classed as probiotic.

Instruction Manual

- Grease Trap Maintenance: An initial does of 500ml should be poured into any sink outlet flowing into the trap & flushed with a little water.
- This should be repeated daily until the drain/pipework becomes clear, then use Bio Dose to maintain the pipework.

- Drain Maintenance: For free-flowing odourless drains, pour 50ml into sinks or drain outlets during quiet periods once a week.
- Disinfectants, bleach caustic and acid products will adversely affect the biological action of Bio Clear—drainage systems cannot be damaged or overdosed by Bio Clear.
