Used for sealing in refrigeration units in domestic and commercial kitchens and other areas of common food contact. Meets US food and drugs administration regulation Number 21CFR177.2600. It is a high modulus - acetoxy cure type and is safe for repeated food contact. Application temperature range +5 to +40C

It contains a fungicide to resist mould growth and protects against bacteria growth, MRSA, E. coli and Salmonella. Quick working time of just 5-10 minutes and tack-free in one hour. Joint movement capability & plusmn20%. Conforms to ISO 221962007 and ISO 11600-F-20LM.

Dowsil 781 is a one-part silicone sealant, which has excellent adhesion to a wide range of non-porous surfaces, including glass, aluminium, painted surfaces and composite boards. Excellent resistance to ageing, shrinkage, cracking and discolouring. Suitable for glazing applications, weather sealing of sheet cladding and general internal sealing applications. Tack-free in one hour with a working time of 5-10 minutes. Skin over time is 14 minutes. WRAS approved for use in contact with potable water once cured. Conforms to ISO 11600-F& G-20LM.
