Instructions  
1. Equally space SoluShim Water Soluble Alignment Sticks between seams of metal components to be welded. Bend SoluShim sticks to form a 90? angle if preferred or if required by application (i.e., pipe-to-pipe fit up).  
2. Align the components to be welded.  
3. Tack-weld the joints in the area between the alignment sticks. Be sure to avoid charring alignment sticks or tape when tack-welding.  
4. After welding is complete, introduce water to safely moisten and dissolve alignment sticks for easy, fast removal. Wait roughly 10 seconds after introducing water. Then simply pull SoluShim sticks from between the metal components or let them dissolve completely with further application of water.

Instructions
1. Ensure I-Purge is fully assembled (i. e modules are securely connected to harness using quick connect fittings) . 
2. If necessary, connect rope, chain, or wire to the pull loops on the ends of the bladder modules. This will allow easy insertion and removal of the system. 
3. Connect inert gas lines to the BLUE and BLACK hoses. BLUE gas hose is required to inflate the purge bladders. BLACK gas hose is optional to expedite the purging process. 
4. Position the purge unit in the pipe using the luminescent indicator as a guide to center the system across the root gap. 
5. Turn the gas supply on to inflate the bladders and purge the weld zone. Recommended Flow Rates for Purging: BLUE gas hose should transfer inert gas at 10-32 SCFH (5-15 LPM) for models 2?  34? and 60 SCFH (28. 5 LPM) for models 36? 48?
6. Once a tight seal has been achieved, commence welding while maintaining flow rate. Recommended Flow Rates During Welding: BLUE gas hose should transfer inert gas at 15-30 SCFH (7. 5-15 LPM) 
7. After the weld is complete, turn off the gas supply to deflate the bladders. Once the heat zone has sufficiently cooled, remove I-Purge from the pipe. Be sure to disconnect all gas lines and monitoring equipment. 
8. Clean I-Purge and store in the provided carrying bag when it is not in use.

Instructions  
1. Clean inside of pipe, removing contaminants from surface  
2. Apply Liquifilm Water Soluble Adhesive to inside of pipe. Thoroughly coat the entire circumference of the pipe surface where film is to be placed  
3. Trace pipes inner diameter by pressing Liquifilm along pipe edge, creating an impression, then fold to form a 90 angle. Cut Liquifilm in a circle around the impression, approximately one-third times greater than pipe diameter  
4. Press glossy surface of Liquifilm against tacky adhesive inside the pipe to create an airtight seal. If required, puncture a small hole in the center of the purge dam to allow oxygen to escape or dissipate through the root gap

Instructions  
1. Peel liner off outer circumference of dam to fully expose adhesive, keeping it away from contaminants and debris  
2. Align adhesive edges to the inside pipe wall and insert dam to desired location.  
3. Thoroughly press adhesive on circumference of dam along inside of pipe wall to create even seal  
4. Moisten an ordinary sponge with water, squeeze out excess water until sponge is damp. Lightly dab sponge along Aquasol Water Soluble Tape portion of dam. The dampened sponge will reactivate the adhesive to ensure zero air permeability. For Sizes above 56 (1422 mm), inquire for directions.

Instructions

1. Clean inside of pipe, removing contaminants from surface.  
2. Apply Liquifilm Water Soluble Adhesive to inside of pipe. Thoroughly coat the entire circumference of the pipe surface where film is to be placed.  
3. Trace pipes inner diameter by pressing Liquifilm along pipe edge, creating an impression, then fold to form a 90 angle. Cut Liquifilm in a circle around the impression, approximately one-third times greater than pipe diameter.  
4. Press glossy surface of Liquifilm against tacky adhesive inside the pipe to create an air tight seal. If required, puncture a small hole in the center of the purge dam to allow oxygen to escape or dissipate through the root gap.
