The CLEAN BOX Flex is a flexible and modular system for cleaning and degreasing large, unwieldy components or machine parts. Pastes, bitumen residue or oils, for example, are easy and safe to remove. When required, the system can be made deeper and/or wider. This allows it to be adapted to the respective cleaning requirements. The recirculation system used for the CLEAN BOX Flex allows the cleaning agent to be used multiple times. To protect the electronic components of the system, aqueous alkaline cleaning agents with a pH value between 7 and 12 in the recommended concentration should be used. The system is not heated either, and cleans effectively at room temperature. The dirty parts can be effectively cleaned by using an integrated flow through nozzle with a robust washing brush. The cleaning system includes a storage tank for the cleaning agent and a work platform comprised of grates onto which the dirty workpieces can be placed. It is also equipped with a sump tray with leakage inspection port, which makes it compliant with water protection requirements. The electric delivery pump is convenient to switch on and off using the foot switch. The system can be closed with a lid to protect it from dirt or odours. Dirt left by e.g. oils, special greases or even wax residue can be effectively removed with the help of the integrated washing brush. The external dimensions of the box (LxWxH) are 2400 x 1420 x 740 mm. Its design allows it to be easily transported by means of a pallet truck and brought to any unwieldy machines or components that need cleaning. The workpieces can be placed on the large working platform on the box and be cleaned safely. The washing brush and the comfortable working height of the box takes the strain off employees during the cleaning process. The working platform consists of a sturdy grate, below which the storage tank with cleaning agent is located. An electric delivery pump pumps the cleaning agent to the flow through nozzle, which is surrounded by the washing brush. The pump is convenient to switch on and off using the foot switch. It uses water-based, low temperature cleaning agents that efficiently remove dirt at room temperature. The pump is operated by means of a foot switch and a hose line is used to pump the cleaning agent from the storage tank to the flow through nozzle with a washing brush. Any dirt on the surfaces of the workpieces can be loosened by applying pressure with the brush. The cleaning agent flows back from the workpieces into the storage tank, from where it re-enters the circuit. Unheated, water-based cleaning agents with a pH value between 7 and 12 are used.
