Raise3D Premium TPU-95A (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a flexible and elastic 3D printing filament. Its rubber-like elasticity, resilience, and durability make it suitable for uses requiring impact-absorption and a soft-touch surface. TPU-95A has a wide range of applications, including insoles, tubes, seals, and bushings.

WS2 coated nozzle is designed for composite filaments with abrasive additives and fillers, such as carbon fiber, ceramic, metal, etc. It is very suitable for fiber reinforced filament with optimized melt flow and durability. By printing with unfilled filament, we recommend a normal brass nozzle.

Hyper Speed ABS Filament is one of the specially developed filaments from the High-speed filament line for FFF printing. When printing at high speeds, the filament is rapidly fed into the heat block, and the polymer has very little time to melt, from solid to a molten state, which can cause nozzle clogging and poor bonding quality between layers. Additionally, ABS can be subject to warpage and delamination of the printed part during high-speed printing without a heated chamber.

With optimized molecular weight and stiffness, Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS is capable of achieving faster melting and cooling during high-speed printing, which results in lower temperature gradient and inner-stress of printed part. With almost no warpage and improved interlayer bonding, Hyper Speed ABS is also perfectly suitable for many functional prototyping parts, tools and fittings with many different possibilities for post-processing.

Raise3D Industrial PET CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament based on PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). Well-dispersed 15wt% carbon fibers enhance the rigidity, strength, heat and chemical resistance of the PET matrix. After annealing, PET CF stabilizes its heat resistance at around 150ºC and tensile modulus and strength of over 6 GPa and 80 MPa respectively. Compared to carbon fiber-reinforced Nylon filament, the high printability, dimensional stability, high creep resistance and low moisture absorption makes PET CF an ideal choice for reliable carbon fiber composite printing for strong and cost-effective end-use applications, such as jigs. fixtures, functional parts.
