Commercial Specification Heat Trace Safety Shower - HTS-1
220 Volts at 20 Watts Per Metre

The HTS-1 is a traced heat (commercial electrics) decontamination shower that is protected against freezing by means of trace heat cabling and an insulated jacket which gives protection down to -25°C. The water supply is via a bottom feed supply and the shower head is activated by high visibility yellow pull handle which opens the “stay-open” valve, which means that the shower will continue to operate until the valve is closed by pushing the handle back into the “up” position.

The eye wash has two high flow, aerated low pressure outlets fitted with automatic opening dust covers.

This combination safety shower and eye wash has been designed to meet and exceed the internationally recognised standards: EN15154 parts 1 & 2, DIN12899.3 and ANSI Z358.1.

The galvanised steel pipe work and brass fittings are protected with an anti-corrosive Polyamide 11 high visibility yellow plastic coating which provides good resistance to acids, bases, seawater and oils.

The eye wash assembly and eye wash bowl are manufactured from ABS reinforced plastic and the bowl is fitted with two high flow, aerated low pressure outlets fitted with automatic opening dust covers.

This pedestal mounted eye wash has been designed to meet and exceed the internationally recognised standards: EN15154 parts 1 & 2, DIN12899.3 and ANSI Z358.1.

Steel Secure Economy Store - MDL4M 
727ltr Sump Capacity

The side and roof panels are manufactured from 0.60mm cold rolled corrugated galvanised Steel and for additional strength the unit has a structural frame which is fitted at each end and the centre of the unit. The double doors, fitted with 3 upper and 3 lower vents in each door, are located in one of the “short” sides of the unit and are secured with a Kale mortis lock with cylinder (152 R). Inside the unit is fitted with two sets of shelves (60 kg/shelf distributed load) on each of the “long” side.

The sump is manufactured from 2mm structural grade galvanised Steel and is fitted with base plinths to keep the underside out of contact with the ground.

Manufactured from 3mm steel plate, the unit is fully seam welded and fitted with removable galvanized steel grid mesh panels. When joining more than one section together you can use a joining strip to cover the edge between the sections. Prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.

You may require an appropriate size/capacity forklift truck to offload this item from the delivery vehicle. Our standard delivery doesn’t include any offloading.
