Mild steel shank with 1" external Hex and 1/2" internal square drive. Heavy duty leaf link chain suitable for removing large oil, fuel and water filters on commercial vehicles, plant machinery etc.

With a die-cast screw mechanism and a non-stretch steel band, this product allows for the easy removal of oil filters in heavy commercial vehicles. It works by looping the tool over the filter and tightened, at which point it can be removed. It is also suitable for one-handed use in areas of confined access.
