Pennine Metacut PG is a neat cutting oil based on highly refined mineral oil incorporating extreme
pressure additives along with high performance lubricity improvers and non-staining sulphur
containing esters. The light colour and anti-misting properties offer the user excellent work piece
visibility along with an improved working environment and the antioxidant package eliminates
sticky residues and lacquers forming even when employed under 24 hour “lights out” operations.

Applications
The high performance potential of Metacut PG allows difficult materials to be machined on a wide
range of machining operations such as gear cutting, deep hole boring, thread grinding, honing and
broaching of difficult high tensile materials & stainless steels. It is also used in other operations such
as sawing, tapping and threading and on multi-spindle automatics when machining demanding
materials where a high performance fluid is required.
