The L112 is a Tap Wrench so you can thread holes by hand. It is adjustable so one tap wrench can be used to hold several different sizes of tap. The square end of the tap is inserted into the wrench which is then tightened to hold the tap securely. The two metal bars on either side of the wrench are used to rotate the tap in the hole in the workpiece, so creating the thread.
