Indoor Bunded Store - IS32B 
For 32 Drums

Designed for the safe and fully bunded indoor storage of 205ltr drums this model is manufactured from 3mm steel sheet with RHS cross members, pressed ribs and a heavy duty RHS end frame with 2mm corrugated panels. The fully seam welded sump which fully complies with all the current UK regulations relating to sump capacities is fitted with galvanised steel pallet channels (3 per pallet space), while pallets on the upper level sit directly onto a steel support frame. The underside of the unit is fitted with base plinths to eliminate contact with the ground and reduce the risk of corrosion and prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.

This model can hold 32 x 205ltr drums.

32 x 205L Steel Bunded Store - No Roof or Doors

Drum Store - DS8VH 
To Hold 8 Drums

A 2mm pressed steel welded body construction provides the structural strength for this unit, while the roof which is fitted with lifting eyes is manufactured from 3mm mild steel. The two easy glide sliding doors are constructed from 2mm mild steel and are fitted with a central lock and padlock points (padlocks not supplied).

Constructed from 3mm mild steel, the sump is fully seam welded and is as you would expect fully compliant with all current UK regulations relating to sump capacities and the underside is fitted with plinths to eliminate contact with ground and reduce the risk of corrosion. This model holds four 205ltr drums horizontally in cradles on two levels, four 205ltr drums vertically on pallet support beams and has a shelf fitted above the vertical drums for small containers. Prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.

The base is manufactured from 3mm mild steel sheet with RHS cross members and pressed ribs for additional strength. The main frame work is manufactured from rolled hollow section, while the back, sides and door panels are pressed from 2mm mild steel sheet corrugated where required. The roof is fitted with lifting eyes and fully welded around perimeter.

One end of the unit is fitted with lockable, sliding doors giving access to the drum/IBC store area, whilst the shelved walk-in store is accessed via a hinged door on the side of the unit. The internal divide between the two areas is an open framework and the entire unit is protected by a fully seam welded sump which fully complies with all the current UK regulations relating to sump capacities. The sumps in both the walk-in store and drum/IBC storage areas are covered with galvanized steel grid mesh sections and pallets on the upper level of the drum/IBC store are placed directly onto a steel support frame. The underside of the unit is fitted with plinths to eliminate ground  contact and reduce the risk of corrosion, prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.

This model can hold up to 16 x 205ltr drums or 4 x 1000ltr IBC’s across two levels and will accommodate standard 1200mm x 1200mm, 1200mm x 1000mm and 1200mm x 800mm pallets, plus the walk-in area which contains shelving for small containers.

1 Hour Fire Rated Drum Store - DPU16-4FR 
To Hold 16 Drums Or 4 IBCS

A rolled hollow welded frame creates a strong structure for this fire rated drum store. The walls, two hinged-doors and roof have been in-filled with Rockwool Firebatt insulation and covered with sheet steel to provide 1 hour fire rating.

A fully seam welded sump, with profiled rib straighteners and galvanised support channels, creates a bunded area in case of a spill, and base plinths eliminate contact with the ground. High and low level vents fitted with intumescent elements allow air to circulate, however in the event of a fire, these elements will expand and seal the vents, this takes place at temperatures above 150°C.

This unit can hold up to sixteen 205ltr drums (4 pallet locations) or four 1000ltr IBCs on two levels.

The sump fully complies with all the UK regulations relating to sump capacities.

Empteezy have tested the components used in their fire rated stores in conjunction with Bodycote Warrington Fire Consulting to ensure full compliance with BS EN 1634-1: 2000 (report certificate number 160129).

16 x 205L or 4 x 1000L Fully Enclosed 1 Hour Fire Rated Steel Buned Store

1 Hour Fire Rated Store - CS2FR 
(To Hold 72 Containers With Floor Space)

A rolled hollow welded frame creates a strong structure for this fire rated drum store. The walls, 1250mm wide hinged-doors and roof have been in-filled with Rockwool Firebatt insulation and covered with sheet steel to provide 1 hour fire rating.

A 3mm fully seam welded sump, with profiled rib strengtheners, creates a bunded area in case of a spill and base plinths eliminate contact with the ground. High and low level vents fitted with intumescent elements allow air to circulate.

However in the event of a fire, these elements will expand and seal the vents, this takes place at temperatures above 150°C. 

Shelving is provided on both sides of the store, the bulkhead door, fitted with a single cam door gear mechanism, can be secured with a padlock (not supplied).

The sump fully complies with all the UK regulations relating to sump capacities.
