IC20 (P05-P25, M05-M15) Cermet For carbon, alloy, exotic alloys, cast steel, stainless and grey cast iron. For grooving and turning applications. and semi-finishing and finishing operations when excellent surface finish is required. Wear resistant, prevents built-up edge.
IC507 (P10-P30, M05-M20, S05-S20,H05-H15) A tough submicron substrate, TiN/TiCN/TiN PVD coated grade. For low to medium cutting speeds. For turning heat resistant alloys, austenitic stainless steel and hard steel.
IC9025 (P20-P30 M15-M30) TiCN/Al2O3/TIN multilayer, CVD coated. For roughing/semi-finishing at medium speed. For unstable machining conditions. Very tough.
IC9150 (P10-P30 K10-K25) A TiCN/Al2O3/TIN multilayer, CVD coated grade. Used for finishing and medium machining of carbon and alloy steel and cast iron at high cutting speeds. High wear resistant and excellent repeatability.
IC9250 Grade description (P20 - P30, M15 - M30). A TiCN/Al2O3/TIN multi-layer, CVD coated grade. Especially recommended for grooving and turning forged, low carbon and low-alloyed steel parts. Copes efficiently with machining stainless steel at finishing and medium conditions.
IC9350 (P20-P45, M15-M30) Tough substrate with a cobalt enriched layer combined with a MTCVD TiCN & alpha Al2O3 CVD coating. Provides toughness and wear resistance on steel for interrupted/unstable cutting conditions.
IC3028 (P25-P45 M15-M35 S20-S30) A TiN/TiCN PVD toughest coated grade. Used for turning stainless steel and high temperature alloys at low to medium cutting speeds. Used for interrupted cuts and very heavy turning operations.
