Ordered a few sets of kentucky buckets with matching mop handles and mop heads for my work place in mid Jan. Only the mop handles arrived a week or so later. No sign of other items and after various chase-ups, was only told yesterday (end of Jan) that items will not be delivered until mid Feb. At the time of placing order, items were all listed IN STOCK on their product page. No indication whatsoever during the buying process that items were not in stock and there will be lengthy wait. Then today a phonecall came n informed me that some items wont be available after all. I was so ****** off that I cancelled the whole order. Very poor customer service and hopeless inventory control!

BROKEN AND IN AVERY BAD CONDTION
